VMO Payments - MCS

Summary:

 

Medical Creditors System (MCS) is an enterprise accounting application designed to assist with payment of Visiting Medical Officers (VMO)

using Medicare Items. A suite of standard management reports is available to assist in cost accounting and a data file can be produced for Clinical Costing systems.

 

MCS interfaces with the hospital PAS to enable recording of VMO costs against the doctor, patient and Medicare Item. Doctors remittance

details are passed to either accounts payable or hospital payroll systems for the actual payment.

 

MCS is fully supported and can be customised to suit local conditions.
